The seller through the online store sells brochures, electronic publications and computer programs only in Poland, executing orders placed by adult natural persons or legal persons having their address and registered office in Poland, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".
The condition for using the online store is having a web browser by the Buyer and an active e-mail address.
The buyer may place orders online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed on business days from 8:00 to 16:00.
The condition for accepting the Order for execution is the correct completion and sending of the electronic Order form, made available by the Seller in the online store on the website: www.avtostark.pl
A condition for the implementation of the order is the proper completion of the electronic order form and the e-mail address provided by the Buyer to confirm the acceptance of the Order. If the given data is not complete, the Seller will contact the Buyer. If contact with the buyer is not possible, the seller has the right to cancel the order
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the Purchase Order, which did not provide all the required data or the given data raises doubts as to their correctness. An order that can not be confirmed within 10 days of submission may not be executed.
The condition of submitting the Order by the Buyer is to read these regulations and accept their provisions during the implementation of the Order
After placing the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation of the contract - an e-mail sent automatically by the store.
The prices of goods in the store are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT.

Delivery costs depend on the choice of delivery method and form of payment as well as on the type and value of the goods and services ordered. The calculation of the cost of delivery is available in the summary of the order, before its approval.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the following procedure applies: after making the order, the Buyer receives an ORDER CONFIRMATION, based on which the Buyer makes a payment to the Seller's account. CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER contains the order number, its value and the bank account number of the Seller. The buyer is obliged to provide the following content on the transfer form: "Online store, ORDER NUMBER ........".
The order is valid for 10 days from the date of its acceptance. If the prepayment is not made within this period, the order may be canceled, which results in the need to re-place the Order for the desired product.
For the ordered products other than subscription and on-line products (to be downloaded online) a VAT invoice will be issued and sent with them.
On-line products will be made available for download after registering the payment effect for the order. In the case of products requiring a serial number, it will be sent by e-mail when the file is available for download. The VAT invoice will be issued and sent within 7 days from the day the payment is credited to the Seller's account.
In the case of a PRENUMERAT, a VAT invoice will be issued and sent within 7 days from the day the prepayment is credited to the Seller's account. Shipment of the paid subscription will be carried out in accordance with the publishing cycle.
The Seller may provide the Buyers with discount coupons whose operating rules are specified in these regulations
1. Each discount coupon may have an expiry date (validity),
2. Each time the assortment covered by the promotion is defined,
3. The coupon can not be exchanged for cash or it can not be traded,
4. The coupon can be used only during the period of its validity,
5. Collecting a few discount coupons does not constitute a basis for increasing the rebate.
The buyer who is a consumer (within the meaning of Article 221 (7) of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, OJ 1964 No. 16 item 93, as amended.) Has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting a relevant written statement in 14 days (legal basis provisions of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827)).
The declaration may be submitted on the form constituting Annexe No. 1 to these Regulations, but it is not obligatory. The statement must be unambiguous - it may take the form of a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered null and void.
What the parties testified is returned in an unaltered state, unless the change was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things. Otherwise, the Buyer bears responsibility for the reduction in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond this necessary scope.
The return should take place no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the address of the Seller. In such a case, the Seller shall return to the Buyer no later than within 14 days the cost of the item and the cost of shipping incurred by him in an amount not exceeding the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by sekocenbud.pl online store for returned products. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as the consumer used, unless the Buyer expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not payable to the Customer who is a consumer in relation to contracts:
1) for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer who was informed before the service begins that after the entrepreneur has fulfilled the benefit he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
2) in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his individual needs;
3) in which the subject of the service are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things;
4) in which the object of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
5) for delivering newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement
6) for delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the fulfillment of the service started with the consumer's express consent before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after informing the entrepreneur about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to place his personal data in the Seller's database and for their processing for the purpose of contract performance. The lack of such consent prevents the Seller from completing the order. The customer is liable for providing false personal data.
